Assist in supporting day-to-day operational activities in the HR & Admin Department.
1. Providing administrative support to the HR & Admin team.
2. Assist in job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resume based on recruitment requirements, arranging interviews and coordinate interview session with Hiring Managers.
3. Assist in preparation of new staff onboarding and coordinate new staff orientation.
4. Assist talent team on research, sourcing and preparation of food menu for company events.
5. Act as coordinator for company events.
6. Support in any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
;s Degree in Human Resources / Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or its equivalent.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, well verse in English.
4. Effective communication skills.
